Every Crystal Ballroom provides a professional banquet manager for the overall safety and satisfaction of your guests’ experience. Banquet staff are managed as they butler pass hors d'oeuvres, pour drinks for toasting, and manage tables. Our banquet staff clear tables, maintain your cocktails and reception area, manage coffee and beverage stations, and cut and serve the quince cake.

Rehearsal & timeline
Meet with our banquet manager for a one hour review inside the event venue. Deliver beverages, personal items and your desired timeline. Review a mock table setting with selected décor, and rehearse every detail of her special day. Visualize the quinceañera celebration during a 45-minute rehearsal.
We coordinate the timing of every symbolic event of her quinceañera, including the presentation of a doll to a younger sister, placement of heeled shoes on her feet, crowning her with a tiara, the choreographed dance, toasting events, cutting the quince cake and all the new traditions you seek to create.
